Black Friday … it’s the closest thing to an actual zombie apocalypse.
The one-day shopping event has grown into what looks like a massive assault on retailers to those interested in saving money … but in reality, it’s actually working the other way around.
Black Friday is a one-day assault on customers.
It’s a time when retailers offer insane deals on everything in their store, and furthermore tempting customers to come in and shop because it’s only available for a few hours.
This creates a dream scenario for the retailers — the competitive customer.
A time for artists to increase sales
Though retailers tend to steal the show on Friday, artists can get in on the action as well. Creating an appealing deal on all your work, whether you’re a musician, painter, or writer can help you increase your sales and create good word of mouth for your brand.
We’ll take a closer look at some things you can do this week, but for now, I’d love to hear from those that have taken advantage of Black Friday.
Have you seen an increase in sales today … what did you do that other might be able to do next year?
